Nityendra Dwivedi is a journalist, editorial professional and publishing entrepreneur with 18+ years of experience in journalism, media, editorial strategy and content development. His professional journey across leading media organisations, including Vir Arjun, Rashtriya Sahara, Dainik Bhaskar, The Tribune and Amar Ujala, has shaped his expertise in reporting, storytelling, research, editorial management and publishing. He holds an M.A. in Political Science from Kanpur University and an M.A. in Journalism from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. His professional experience spans reporting and storytelling, editorial strategy, publishing operations, content development, research, digital publishing and creator-focused business development. From Journalism to Entrepreneurship During his years in journalism and editorial work, Nityendra observed a recurring gap in the publishing and creator ecosystem. Many talented writers and knowledge professionals possessed valuable ideas and expertise but lacked access to effective writing, publishing, branding, marketing, distribution and monetization support. He recognised that the traditional publishing journey was often fragmented, requiring creators to work with multiple agencies and service providers. At the same time, the emergence of digital publishing, audiobooks, online education and the creator economy created new opportunities for individuals to transform their knowledge into valuable intellectual assets. This insight led him to establish Pretty Writers Pvt. Ltd. in May 2025, with a broader ambition to build an integrated ecosystem for creators, authors and knowledge professionals.
